Vacancy Description:

Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Planning Manager to support senior management with the implementation of the Wealth strategy, by leading the wealth business in the Isle of Man branch network. The successful candidate will provide financial advice to our extensive customer base, utilising our multi-tied proposition, to achieve personal and, ultimately, Isle of Man wealth targets.

Person Specification:

You will have a knowledge and practical experience of providing Financial Planning advice to high net worth Premier, Commercial and Retail customers, have experience of the Banc assurance advice model and understand the relationships between branch staff, managers and advisers. You should be experienced  in  leading and coaching banking personnel to provide quality lead generation, also in mentoring and coaching less experienced advisers and have the ability to develop a team. You will have a proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets over an extensive career in financial planning and a full understanding of the independent advice market place across investment, retirement and protection need areas. Finally you should be committed to achieving PFS Diploma - Dip PFS.
