Vacancy Description:

Our client is seeking a Lead Client Accountant to lead and manage a Fiduciary client Accounting Team so that targets are met efficiently and workflows are controlled to retain, motivate and develop staff. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts team; 2 Accountants, 1 Bookkeeper, on the Isle of Man, will report directly in to Trust Director, will prepare and manage preparation of Financial statements in conjunction with the Guernsey Team, will work closely with Senior Lead based in Guernsey, quarterly /monthly  preparation of cashflows for Clients (often Property holding companies), as well as internal tax returns for clients, both UK and Non resident landlord scheme returns for property companies, Isle of Man tax returns and VAT returns

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified, have strong managerial and organisational skill and commercial experience, ideally within Trust & Corporate Services i.e. Client Accounting.
