Banking Office Executive (Contract) – PP5608
Isle of Man

An opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to join an International Bank on an initial contract basis to undertake the role of Wealth Client Services Executive.  The role holder will be responsible for liaising with a variety of international customers, providing support and guidance for clients primarily via the telephone but also email, online banking and written communication.  If you are passionate about building relationships, holding valuable conversations with clients to understand their requirements, and delivering a world class service, this role is for you.  Candidates should ideally have previous experience within a customer service based position and be able to demonstrate through previous experience their ability to deliver excellent customer service, combined with GCSE or equivalent in both English and Mathematics at Grade C or above.  Please note that candidates should be able to work a variety of shifts for this position between the hours of 7am – 8pm Monday to Friday and Weekends 8am – 5pm.
