Vacancy Description:

 

Our client is seeking an Executive Officer.  The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging the placement of all client execution instructions and complete associated documentation in accordance with strictly defined deadlines, monitoring all executed instructions throughout the settlement cycle ensuring they are processed in a timely manner and working closely with Transfer agents, Administrators, Internal & External clients to ensure high standards of client service are maintained at all times.

 

Person Specification:

 

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Collective Investment Fund practices, good computer literacy across a variety of applications, a good understanding of the compliance and regulatory environment, a broad understanding of the features of the different types of relevant Collective Investment Funds and the ability to understand complex documents.
