The role will involve the individual  working closely and collaboratively with various business leads to shape the people agenda in line with business and corporate HR strategies.

Person Specification:

It is essential that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate a successful track history across the following areas – organisational diagnosis, coaching and facilitation, transformational change management, commercial management and delivery management.

Candidates should be of graduate calibre with a relevant CIPD, or equivalent, qualification.
