The Role

Take charge of client services and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional trust and company administration

• Serve as Associate Director with directorship responsibilities for client companies


• Manage a team of Client Services Administrators and Managers


• Oversee a portfolio of medium to high-risk multi-jurisdictional clients


• Maintain and enhance the Client Contact Programme (CCP) to the highest standards


• Review and manage investments and other client assets


• Ensure timely completion of client reviews and risk assessments


• Authorise payment instructions and manage client bank accounts


• Process financial transactions, including dividends, distributions, and loans


• Participate in strategic projects and committees as needed


• Support the Senior Management team and drive continuous improvement initiatives


• Champion the outward profile of our client and uphold company values

About You

You�re a strategic thinker with a strong background in client services and a passion for leading high-performing teams

• Proven experience in financial services administration with a focus on trust and company management


• Established leadership and influencing skills


• Strong technical knowledge in CSP/TSP and a deep understanding of corporate governance


• Ability to identify, mitigate, and manage operational risk


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering client service excellence


• Clear understanding of regulatory requirements and effective resource management


• Experience in leading service improvements and driving innovation


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly


• Proactive, highly disciplined, and capable of working under pressure
