The Role
Take ownership of the end to end contract administration process ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage

  • Work as part of a dedicated team of contract administrators providing guidance and support

  • Oversee contract drafting review execution and maintenance for assigned clients

  • Collaborate with departments including Payroll Finance Legal and Operations

  • Ensure all contract terms and documentation meet internal policies and legal standards

  • Act as the main point of contact for complex client and contractor queries

  • Monitor compliance with regulations and industry best practice

  • Support process improvements and contribute to enhanced system efficiency

  • Assist with issue resolution disputes and escalations with clients

  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in contract administration or compliance advantageous
