- Oversee day to day tasks and workflow within the operations team
- Ensure correspondence and output meet exceptional quality standards
- Support the Manager in training team members and identifying development needs
- Monitor timekeeping behaviour skills knowledge and attitude within the team
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to maintain high performance
- Handle escalations and urgent matters in the absence of the Manager
