The Role
Lead a motivated operations team delivering outstanding service and quality every day

  • Oversee day to day tasks and workflow within the operations team

  • Ensure correspondence and output meet exceptional quality standards

  • Support the Manager in training team members and identifying development needs

  • Monitor timekeeping behaviour skills knowledge and attitude within the team

  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to maintain high performance

  • Handle escalations and urgent matters in the absence of the Manager

You are an organised and confident communicator who leads by example and motivates others to succeed/

  • Strong organisational and planning skills

  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to recognise reward and provide constructive feedback

  • Experience in leading or supervising a team
