The Role
Play a key role in delivering smooth and compliant payroll operations.
- Process payroll accurately and on time ensuring all employee data is current and correct
- Manage all aspects of payroll including data input deductions payments and payslips
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to HMRC and other regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with PAYE National Insurance pensions and employment laws
- Liaise with HR and other departments to resolve payroll queries
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Keep up to date with payroll legislation and company policy changes
About You
You are an organised and detail focused professional who enjoys working with numbers and people alike.
- Experience in a payroll administration role ideally within the UK
- Knowledge of PAYE National Insurance and pension regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and capable of working independently
