Payroll Admin

The Role
Play a key role in delivering smooth and compliant payroll operations.

  • Process payroll accurately and on time ensuring all employee data is current and correct

  • Manage all aspects of payroll including data input deductions payments and payslips

  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to HMRC and other regulatory bodies

  • Ensure compliance with PAYE National Insurance pensions and employment laws

  • Liaise with HR and other departments to resolve payroll queries

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation

  • Keep up to date with payroll legislation and company policy changes



About You
You are an organised and detail focused professional who enjoys working with numbers and people alike.

  • Experience in a payroll administration role ideally within the UK

  • Knowledge of PAYE National Insurance and pension regulations

  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Proactive and capable of working independently
