    A trust and corporate service provider is looking for a Senior Administrator to work as part of a Client Workgroup within the Fiduciary Services team. You will deal with all aspects of administration for multi-jurisdictional trusts and companies.

    The Role…

    Predominantly, your duties will include:

    • Performing all aspects of company and trust administration
    • Managing and maintaining an awareness of the workflow relating to your portfolio
    • Maintaining accurate timesheets in accordance to the client work undertaken daily
    • Liaising with clients, professional advisors and other third parties
    • Preparing documents in relation to transactions, including minutes and resolutions
    • Maintaining company and trust records, including due diligence
    • Reviewing financial statements and conducting risk and client reviews
    • Recognising and contributing to the mitigation of risk

    About You…

    To excel within this role, you will need:

    • Significant previous experience as a Senior Administrator within a CSP environment
    • STEP or ICSA qualification
    • Excellent client relationship skills and an international outlook
    • Good computer literacy, with a particular knowledge of the MS package
