Job Description

Accounts Payable Officer required to join international bank for 6 month contract

The Role...
You will be required to manage the accounts payable service delivery in line with service level agreements and controls, alongside.

Ensuring Invoices and expenses are paid within a timely manner
Ensuring all payments made are in line with compliance requirements and internal policies.
Accurate recording of all information and data capture

About You...
You will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a financial services organisation, alongside.
Experience in a financial accounting or control department with working knowledge of SAP or related general ledger

Professional Accounting Qualification

Excellent communication and ability to work to accurately under pressure

Are you a senior tax manager with experience in a fiduciary environment? We are looking for an experienced individual to provide technical UK direct tax support to clients and team members and client services teams.

The Role...

The primary role will be to deliver tax compliance and advisory services in relation to private clients. On a daily basis you will:

Ensure direct tax compliance requirements are met for own client portfolio and assist with technical support on wider clients of the group
Advise client services on direct tax related matters
Support client services by attending client and potential client meetings
Provide technical input to the business development team
Draft tax articles for newsletter and marketing initiatives
Research and analysis of new and current tax legislation affecting the business and clients

About You...

You will have strong technical skills and a proven track record of dealing successful with a wide range of UK tax issues alongside:

Technical experience of UK and IOM tax regimes
Be a qualified professional (CTA, ACA, ACCA)
Demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to assist in the development of the business
Have relevant experience in the CSP environment
Previous experience within business development
