Contract (6 Months) Actuary required to join a global insurance group to complete a project to drive forward key forthcoming Actuarial deliverables
Support the design and implementation of additional quantitative analyses, reporting and capitalisation activities to prepare the business becoming a Swiss-regulated branch
Support the embedding of the future Swiss-regulated (SST) capital model into the business and model use including risk based return in product strategy, and reinsurance purchase.
Produce ad-hoc modelling and capital analyses as required on the SST model to support additional reporting requiring capital management input e.g. RSR/ORA/AFR etc.
Assist with the parameterisation for non-life lines of business, performing the diagnostics and document approach, analyses and selections
Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
Experience in capital modelling with Any PRA/regulatory experience desirable
Quick grasp of different models, codes and processes and commercial acumen
Experience of designing and reviewing processes and creating/updating the associated documentation
Excellent daily rate with remote working
