We have a brilliant temporary opportunity for an Administrator / Book Keeper to join an independent NHS Community Pharmacy. This role is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for part-time, flexible hours who is interested in both medicine and admin. At the core, this role would handle all invoices/audit for the end of the month, with the hope it could grow to incorporate wider duties to support the smooth running of the business

The Role...

Your core responsibilities will include:

Handling all incoming invoices and submitting them onto the companies accounting software

Keeping track of invoices and being responsible for chasing invoices/credits

Audit end of month statements

About You...

You will need:

Proven prior experience within a Book Keeping role

Attention to detail with a strong work ethic

The ability to work with others

The ability to understand the company’s business model, and how best to develop the systems they have in place
