Our client based in the South of the Island is seeking a Part time Bookkeeping Assistant / Administrator to work in a small, friendly, private client environment in the South of the Island.
The main focus for this role will be daily Bookkeeping and helping with financial reports and working directly with the Director. You will have the chance to work in a small, friendly environment with international clients in sourcing, supply chain management and logistics.
Bookkeeping for company and its associate companies
Financial reports, supporting Director directly
General office and administration duties
Scanning and filing
Good organisation skills
Attention to detail
First class communication skills are essential
Ability to draft and write coherent, polite emails for follow ups.
Experienced in MS Office 365
French speaking, reading and writing skills would be advantageous, however not essential
Salary commensurate with experience
