About You...
Experience in assisting on UK tax matters for offshore Trustees, UK beneficiaries and UK settlors
Experience in dealing with UK tax returns for income tax, capital gains tax, corporation tax, inheritance tax and ATED amongst others
Experience in dealing with economic substance matters in the Crown Dependencies

FATCA/CRS/QI, in accordance with local regulations
Act as point of referral for all client tax matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in ensuring that robust mechanisms are in place to deliver timely and accurate reporting in line with regulatory obligations
Assist with management of client tax risk through existing Risk and Control Self-Assessment frameworks
Support the Head of Corporate and Client Tax in delivering a dedicated Tax function, including advising business units on a range of general tax matters

You will have extensive experience within Client Tax Reporting within the financial services industry and will have:
