Job Description

We are looking for a temporary Administrator/Reception for our client to start work after TT week on a one month contract, to assist with their public counter.

The Role...

In this diverse role, no two days are the same, on a daily basis you will:

Answer incoming calls

Attend to members of the public who visit the office

Take payment over the phone and also in person

Provide support to the Administration Department as and when required


About You...

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English, alongside:

Good organisational skills and time management

Excellent customer service skills

Previous experience in Administration

Ability to work on own initiative
