You will make a positive and supportive impact, and you key duties will include:
You’ll be responsible for everyday office duties, managing schedules and communications. Prioritising emails & phone calls
Making travel/meeting arrangements and bookings
Completing KYC/KYB checks
Produce, display and send informative internal communications
Providing administrative support to other areas of our business

Applicants must have excellent Communication skills, and be able to convey information in a simple and understandable way both written and verbal, and:

Payroll Administrator required on a permanent basis to join a Payroll bureaux to administer international payrolls and payments in a timely and efficient manner and be responsible for administering a portfolio of clients

This role is very fast paced with email and phone queries relating to payroll processing to deal with daily
And will include the following:
Send client files/chase for payroll changes
Administer international payrolls
Send payroll reports and request funds from the client
Send payslips
Keep payroll records up to date
To ensure contributions are paid to the appropriate bodies accurately and within the specified time frame
Ensure that the figures are reported to all relevant government bodies within the specified time frames
About you...
Payroll experience would be advantageous (preferably both IOM and UK) although not essential
Good customer service skills, high level of numeracy with attention to detail
A keen willingness to learn and the ability to manage self-learning
