Job Description

We are looking for a positive, organised and pro-active individual to support our clients, Directors, upper management and general business functions. Based in Port St Mary the successful applicant will receive a permanent, full time contract.

The role…
You will make a positive and supportive impact, and you key duties will include:

You’ll be responsible for everyday office duties, managing schedules and communications. Prioritising emails & phone calls
Making travel/meeting arrangements and bookings
Completing KYC/KYB checks
Produce, display and send informative internal communications
Providing administrative support to other areas of our business

About You…

Applicants must have excellent Communication skills, and be able to convey information in a simple and understandable way both written and verbal, and:
Be highly organised, able to work at pace with a high degree of accuracy
Have a flexible and adaptable approach
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications
