Job Description

We have a fantastic temporary opportunity for an individual to join our client as a Covid-19 Inquiry Coordinator. Working with the project team, and colleagues, Statutory Boards and Offices, providing expert advice and assistance in the identification, management and collation of records and information relating to the Covid-19 pandemic. This role is a FTC for 3 months.

The Role...

Core responsibilities including:

Developing search criteria and processes for discovery of records

Contributing to the implementation of a new records management software and repository for the collation, storage and sharing of Covid-19 records

Transferring and/or copying of records and information to new systems following the agreed transfer protocols ensuring key metadata is preserved

About You...

You will need:

Experience of working in an information or records management role, would be advantageous

Knowledge and understanding of basic IT systems, such as Excel etc

A flexible attitude and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
