Job Description

Customer Service Administrator required to join an expanding online payment solutions provider on the Isle of Man in a permanent capacity as part of their exciting new growth plans.


The Role…
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward Customers (Users and Merchants) at all times;
Responding promptly to Customer inquiries;
Communicating with Customers through various channels;
Acknowledge and resolving Customer complaints, working closely with the Compliance Officer;
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions (both internally and externally);
Keeping records of Customer interactions, comments and complaints;
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer service process;
Supporting the Managing Director with administrative tasks;
General duties to ensure the efficient running of the office.


About you…
Previous experience in Customer Services in the Banking, Life Industry or similar regulated financial services environment
Exceptional time management communication, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to accurately and efficiently analyse data.
Good knowledge of MS Office products;
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment;
Well organised, detail-oriented and adaptable to changing demands of the role;
