An opportunity has arisen for a full time permanent Receptionist in a busy CSP/Accountancy practice.

The Role...

You will be responsible for:

Answering telephones
Greeting clients
Ordering stationery/office supplies
Logging incoming/outgoing post
Dealing with incoming/outgoing couriers
Organising maintenance with various contractors
Filing

About You...

Ideally you should have previous administrative experience
Customer Services experience is essential
Good communication and organisational skills necessary
