We’re recruiting for a client services senior administrator to join our client, an international CSP, on a permanent basis. The team work with some of the largest remote gambling operators in the world to ensure they run efficiently and compliantly. Due to ongoing development, they’re seeking a strong senior administrator to support clients and lead a busy portfolio of licensed gaming companies.
The Role…
As Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client services to gaming clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior individual with strong client relationship skills. Your duties will include:
Owning client relationships fully, supported by technical gambling compliance, operational and accounting teams to ensure best-in-class service is delivered to clients in full compliance with the FSA handbook and all other relevant regulation
Having responsibility for the preparation and holding of a quarterly board meeting to evidence proper management and control of each of your licensed operators
Actively developing and building your client relationships, visiting key clients within your portfolio each quarter
