We’re looking for a senior administrator to join our client, a life assurance provider, to assist in building better futures for customers, intermediaries, and employees! This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role…
On a day to day basis you will:
Assist the Team Leader in managing daily pricing activities and ensure accurate fund pricing and valuations
Support the daily, monthly, and quarterly rebate processes
Provide assistance and support to the Administrators within the team and act as a deputy for the Finance Team Leader
Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify and implement system developments for Finance
Maintain and improve the information systems and processing environment, including procedural updates
About You...
You will be diligent and conscientious with excellent attention to detail, and:
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience within a similar role
Proactive attitude with a "can do" approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle pressure
Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Office
Payroll Administrator required on a permanent basis to join a Payroll bureaux to administer international payrolls and payments in a timely and efficient manner and be responsible for administering a portfolio of clients
The Role...
This role is very fast paced with email and phone queries relating to payroll processing to deal with daily
And will include the following:
Send client files/chase for payroll changes
Administer international payrolls
Send payroll reports and request funds from the client
Send payslips
Keep payroll records up to date
To ensure contributions are paid to the appropriate bodies accurately and within the specified time frame
Ensure that the figures are reported to all relevant government bodies within the specified time frames
About you...
Payroll experience would be advantageous (preferably both IOM and UK) although not essential
Good customer service skills, high level of numeracy with attention to detail
A keen willingness to learn and the ability to manage self-learning
