You will provide administrative support across the Account services supporting the Debit Card, Internet Banking, Scanning & Static teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain and update customer information on a continuous basis following set processes and procedures
Complete debit card related instructions, internet banking registrations, password/memorable date changes for both personal and corporate clients
Maintains professional knowledge, pro-actively gain an understanding of the end to end processes across all operations processing functions

About You ...
You will hold 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Math and will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in an office administration position, ideally within banking operation
