The Role...
Liaise with counterparts in other jurisdictions to ensure consistency and efficiency across the Group in line with Policies and Procedures
Work to sales and corporate governance targets for the Mortgage & Life Insurance Department
Display role model behaviour with a can-do attitude towards work and continually support team members
Liaise / Correspond directly with clients/stakeholders
Evaluate and prepare relevant applications in line with Policies and Procedures
Meet with applicants to obtain and discuss information relating to mortgage and life insurance applications and to answer questions about the process within qualification scope
Answer queries relating to current and potentially new customers within qualification scope
General administrative duties and updating of Group databases
Comply at all times with legislation and Policies and Procedures
Manage the mortgage and life insurance portfolio including updating daily activity records
Ensure clients best interested maintained in line with Policies and Procedures
Provide timely quotations within qualification scope
About you...
Previous experience in a similar role
Holds a Certificate in Finance Services (Cert CII) qualification or equivalent or CeMap or Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualification or equivalent
Ability to adhere to all internal Policies and Procedures and relevant legislation and regulation
Provide evidence of self-development through training and also independently
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with enquiries at all levels
