We have a brilliant opportunity for an individual to join our client as an Asset Governance Specialist. This role will be involved in the initial and ongoing review of external assets linked to businesses within the company, ensuring that they meet the required acceptability and governance criteria

The Role...
Core responsibilities including:
Reviewing of new / existing assets for all Group Companies to ensure they remain compatible with product and regulatory requirements
Checking and signing off reviews undertaken by other team members
Responding to internal / external queries in respect of asset related matters

About You...
You will need:
Previous experience working in a Fund administration/investment related environment Previous experience reviewing investment structures and a certificate in CISI Introduction to Securities and Investments would be advantageous
The ability to work accurately under pressure, and have good attention to detail

A leading financial services group, are seeking a Client Tax Reporting Specialist on a 15-Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Role ...

You will deliver timely and accurate client tax reporting and your key responsibilities will include:

FATCA/CRS/QI, in accordance with local regulations
Act as point of referral for all client tax matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in ensuring that robust mechanisms are in place to deliver timely and accurate reporting in line with regulatory obligations
Assist with management of client tax risk through existing Risk and Control Self-Assessment frameworks
Support the Head of Corporate and Client Tax in delivering a dedicated Tax function, including advising business units on a range of general tax matters

About You ...
You will have extensive experience within Client Tax Reporting within the financial services industry and will have:
Previous experience of FATCA and CRS reporting in a banking and/or tax advisory environment.
Experience on QI reporting
