The Role…
As an Assistant Director, you will:
Provide crucial support for team and client management, ensuring exceptional service quality and consistency
Collaborate with the Director to oversee all company development activities
Assist in achieving key financial and non-financial targets, focusing on revenue maximisation and cost efficiency
Proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives
Cultivate a culture of shared knowledge and delegated responsibility within the team
Co-coordinate teams to meet client deliverables, deadlines, and maintain deliverable quality

Embed risk management processes within the organisation
Ensure staff receive necessary training and address training gaps promptly
