We have a fantastic opportunity to join a global banking corporation on a permanent basis. As Business Development Manager, you will seek and manage business development opportunities for the group’s offshore banking business, thus achieving defined revenue targets

The Role...
Actively contribute through proactive planning and forecasting opportunities towards the formulation of the sales distribution plan and strategy
Provide subject matter expertise and strategic insights to the leadership to facilitate the achievement of the respective strategic objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party intermediaries/IFAs
Enhance profitability by leveraging existing relationships, targeting new distribution opportunities and proactive cross-selling of non-banking services to existing and new clients

About You...
Sales experience, in Personal and Business Banking, is essential for this role
Diploma in Finance and Accounting or Banking
The role requires completion of a Level 4 RDR Compliant Qualification such as the Dip PFS(Diploma, Personal Financial Services) through the Chartered Insurance Institute
