Personal Banker (15 months) Job | Banking, Funds & Wealth Management, Customer Services & Sales

Job Description

Our client is seeking a full time Personal Banker for a temporary period of 15 months to join their branch of a global bank to proactively find ways to enhance customers banking experience

The Role...
Hold great conversations, understanding the needs of customers and help them with their banking needs
Completing general banking requests such as payments, balance enquires and transfers when needed
Helping customers to understand the different ways they can bank and the range of services on offer
Identifying opportunities to help customers fulfil their financial service needs, providing a seamless customer experience

About you...
Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment
A passion for providing the best customer experience
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
The ability to thrive under pressure and have the determination to continuously improve standards for customers
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
