The Role...
The purpose of this role is to lead, manage and develop on the real estate capabilities across retail, commercial, technical, facilities management and group physical security portfolios within a medium and large country. You will:
Set, advise and monitor adherence to minimum standards for real estate services, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory real estate laws applicable to the country nuances
Provide guidance and advice in managing real estate services related risks, complex problems and key opportunities that have been identified
Lead, drive design, cost, implementation and management of projects across all phases of the project life cycle
Provide expertise and guidance to deliver fit for purpose real estate solutions that enable a consistent workplace experience within the real estate portfolio
Align the real estate services strategic objective with the technology and operations, engineering and country aspirations and translate this into a practical plan to be implemented

The Role...
Joining on a permanent basis, your main duties will be to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, and with the companys established policies/procedures and corporate governance framework, whilst ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times. You will:
Carry out the company secretarial tasks for a portfolio of fund and company clients, including but not limited to all statutory duties
Support the clients in their general administration and management as required, including shareholder servicing, stock exchange operations, contract administration and board meetings
Assist with the opening and operation of bank accounts of fund and company clients
Assistance and fulfilment of CRS/FATCA obligation, economic substance rules etc
Ensure compliance with applicable codes in legislation, in particular but not limited to customer due diligence, in accordance with the ALM/CFT rules and the completion of risk assessments
