In this full time, permanent role, you will:
Code all purchase invoices received accurately to prepare for entering into the accounting system
Input all purchase invoices to supplier accounts
Enter all credit notes received from suppliers and match off against invoices
Post and reconcile corporate credit cards
Support credit control collections through sending customer statements and follow up emails
About You...
Applicants will be confident self starters, with the ability to operate within a growing business, and have:
Sage 200 experience/ VT accounts package
Confident using different software packages such as Microsoft Office & Adobe programs

Joining on a permanent basis, your main duties will be to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, and with the companys established policies/procedures and corporate governance framework, whilst ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times. You will:
Carry out the company secretarial tasks for a portfolio of fund and company clients, including but not limited to all statutory duties
