Job Description

We are looking for a finance assistant to join our client, a family office based in Douglas, on a permanent basis, either in a full time, or part time capacity. The role holder will set up new supplier accounts and maintain the accuracy of vendor details, amongst other tasks.

The Role...
In this full time, permanent role, you will:
Code all purchase invoices received accurately to prepare for entering into the accounting system
Input all purchase invoices to supplier accounts
Enter all credit notes received from suppliers and match off against invoices
Post and reconcile corporate credit cards
Support credit control collections through sending customer statements and follow up emails

About You...
Applicants will be confident self starters, with the ability to operate within a growing business, and have:
Sage 200 experience/ VT accounts package
Confident using different software packages such as Microsoft Office & Adobe programs
Ability and willingness to work with flexibility and to respond to the current and future changing needs of the business
Organised, resourceful and positive approach to work
