The Role...
Your daily duties will cover 4 key areas, product, client, data and Risk/regulatory/compliance. Responsibilities will include:
Coordination of successful implementation of Product Marketing Campaigns, through a well-structured project plan, accommodating and adhering to time sensitive timeframes, through collaboration with the Segments, Business Intelligence & Marketing Departments
Liaise with internal marketing team, and external marketing agencies, pertaining to marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that through solid knowledge of the products and offerings that the content and date produced and packages are in line with the objectives of the bank
Support the manager, product and head of department, in lifecycle product management, including ongoing maintenance, maturity management, product changes, new product and proposition developments to achieve business objectives
Address internal queries pertaining to documentation and information provided and addressed to clients on the various communication platforms used by the Bank, investigating potential issues, establishing solutions with the corporate functions, marketing and IT departments
Produce and compile standardised data and content for the required reports, contributing to the adherence to high level of compliance towards the bank
Conduct customer and competitor research analysis, to maintain knowledge of the market and assess, develop and establish marketing insights that will drive campaigns related to the results and interpretation of data obtained
Support the Product Manager to coordinate, plan and conduct new employee induction orientation, and general orientation of current employees regarding adjustments and new policies, processes , procedures, guidelines and products
About You...
The successful candidate will have studied towards a degree in marketing or business commerce (or equivalent) and will have good understanding of marketing, branding and communication methods, protocols and banking standards, alongside:
Excellent product management experience, leading to a strong understanding of the various product and services on offer by the bank, in order to be able to evaluate and optimise the banking experience of clients , with relevant and correct information
Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within a banking environment
Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and foster relationships that benefit the organisation as well as an individual's effectiveness and efficiency
Effectively be able to express ideas and concerns, giving presentations, explaining things to others as well as showing confidence in interaction with other people

Joining on a permanent basis, your main duties will be to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, and with the companys established policies/procedures and corporate governance framework, whilst ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times. You will:
Carry out the company secretarial tasks for a portfolio of fund and company clients, including but not limited to all statutory duties
Support the clients in their general administration and management as required, including shareholder servicing, stock exchange operations, contract administration and board meetings
Assist with the opening and operation of bank accounts of fund and company clients
Assistance and fulfilment of CRS/FATCA obligation, economic substance rules etc
