We have a new opportunity to join a leading international bank. As Business Development Officer, you will build your portfolio through the onboarding of new clients received via direct sales channels - internet and telephone, converting unsolicited and solicited applications and cross selling as appropriate, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service at all times while supporting achievement of commercial targets.

The Role...

Your core responsibilities will include:

Engage with clients through multiple channels including online applications, direct phone, refer a friend schemes or other campaign initiatives

Sell assigned products to the target customers in a professional manner and document and record all sales activities

Understand and utilise all sales tools and resources and follow relevant procedures to ensure that operational efficiency is maintained and risk to the Bank is minimised

About You...

You will need:

Previous experience in International Personal Banking

Experience working in a sales environment – target driven and a team player
