Mobile Branch Driver, Permanent Job, Isle of Man Job | Banking, Funds & Wealth Management

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join an international bank on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact to customers across the Island, processing transactions, answering queries and identifying opportunities to help and refer them to specialists across the bank.

The Role...

Day to day duties will include:

Processing all customer branching transactions and making sure that customer records are up to date with any outcomes and actions
Develop relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs and use your knowledge to explain the benefits of products and services
Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the local community, community hubs and key stakeholders

About You...
You will need to be over 21 to drive one of the mobile branch vehicles, and hold a valid driving licence:
You will ideally already have a category C1 licence, but if not comprehensive training will be provided
Understanding of banking sales and service processes along with knowledge of internal and external regulatory , operational , credit and control procedures
Excellent banking knowledge
Experience within a banking environment
Second to none customer service skills
