Maintaining expert knowledge in payments processes, you will:
Execute complex technical work including issue resolution, ad hoc reporting and manipulation of large data sets
Act as the escalation point for senior administrators for technical queries
Conduct complaint investigation and quality assurance
About You…
Applicants must have proven experience and understanding in a technical payments role, and:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Thorough understanding of applicable regulations across markets our client operates within
Experience in collating and presenting complex data and situations to all levels of the organisations
