The Role…
You will work closely with the business development team to support new client relationships and deliver an excellent service, duties will include:
Acting as a single point of contact for new clients, you will transition a qualified lead from beginning to end
Take full accountability for ensuring onboarding is timely, efficient and positive for all clients
Take personal responsibility to position clearly the KYC/CDD/AML requirements with clients at the outset of the journey
Comply with internal policies and deliver against regulatory and legal obligations
About You…
You’ll need to be target driven, determined and have excellent team working skills, alongside:
Excellent time management, self-planning and organisational skills, as well as strong rapport building and inter personal skills
Experience of CDD/AML requirements for non-retail client onboarding
Experience in identifying and resolving problems through root cause analysis
Previous experience within a similar positon with some corporate banking experience

The Role....
Supporting & checking of new starters applications and sign off of Standard Medium Risk rated accounts ensuring that these are in line with regulatory, internal and group requirements, contributing to a positive overall client experience
Review files and information on potential new clients of all risk ratings, identifying deficiencies and following up on all queries to resolution and ensure that new business reviews are conducted in line with the Client Take on and Maintenance Manual updated from time to time by Compliance
Validate source of funds/wealth in line with Compliance guidelines and ensure that relevant business/compliance approval is obtained prior to account opening
Undertake relevant searches mainly via the internet to highlight adverse media, PEP connections, sanctions considerations and corroborate activities / SOW
Prepare account opening packs for Compliance/Director approval/sign off and perform sense check on Tax classification
Conduct training/checking of all new starters personal account applications from the various distribution channels within Wealth International, including assessing and allocating new business and team tasks daily to trainees and acting as point of contact for the team/trainee for Technical On-Boarding guidance
About you...
Previous Banking experience, specifically within Onboarding and /or Risk
