Job Description

We have a brilliant opportunity to join an international bank. As Senior Relationship Support Officer, you’ll provide first line support to the Relationship Managers, while ensuring that an exceptional service is delivered at all times.

The Role...

Your core responsibilities will include:

Provide day to day transactional support to relationship managers

Completing applications for account opening, registration for internet banking and client access, review and investigation of payments with other departments and preparation of lending documentation

Respond to routine customer enquiries, queries and requests with speedy and accurate feedback to help maintain positive relationships with clients

Liaise with other internal business areas to ensure the timely processing of all transactions so as to provide the highest levels of service to customers

About You...

You will need:

Broad knowledge of the banking industry gained through having worked in a banking environment, knowledge of business and back office operations

Experience in a Compliance, Risk, KYC or a New Business role, with exposure to AML/CFT would be a distinct advantage

A leading financial services group, are seeking a Client Tax Reporting Specialist on a 15-Month Fixed Term Contract.

The Role ...

You will deliver timely and accurate client tax reporting and your key responsibilities will include:

FATCA/CRS/QI, in accordance with local regulations
Act as point of referral for all client tax matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in ensuring that robust mechanisms are in place to deliver timely and accurate reporting in line with regulatory obligations
Assist with management of client tax risk through existing Risk and Control Self-Assessment frameworks
Support the Head of Corporate and Client Tax in delivering a dedicated Tax function, including advising business units on a range of general tax matters

About You ...
You will have extensive experience within Client Tax Reporting within the financial services industry and will have:
Previous experience of FATCA and CRS reporting in a banking and/or tax advisory environment.
Experience on QI reporting
