The team operate 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays, also some public holiday cover will be required, duties include
Provide first line of customer support, answering calls and online enquiries
Providing support and advice on technical and general customer queries
Provide general support for products and services including but not limited to Sales, Service, Provisioning, Billing, Payments, Faults, Assistance, Conference Bureau and Mobile help desk
Various administration tasks
Customer registrations
Data input
Maintenance of customer data in internal systems, reporting and additional activities as required

The successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and listening skills and experience of Customer Service, along with
Excellent customer focus, empathy and experience of working in a customer facing role
Must have strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone problem solving

Willing to work outside normal working hours to provide customer focused support shifts

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager the candidate will be a customer service expert, with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirement

Technical support, responding to detailed portfolio queries from internal and external clients

Investigating and responding to any complaints, conducting root cause analysis
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, sales and regional offices
About you...
Previous experience in Financial services experience ideally in new business
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. the ICA Certificate of Advanced Certificate in AML) would be advantageous
Detailed knowledge of the IOM FSA’s AML/CFT Requirements and Guidance for new business, ideally for regulated investment business
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Strong communication skills
