The Role...
As a customer service representative, responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer experience you will:

Undertake virtual face to face calls with high net worth customers on a daily basis
Assist customers through the onboarding process, fielding account enquiries and solving technical issues, whilst always ensuring the customer receives exceptional service
Explain products and services to customers in an easy to understand manner
Investigate, escalate and resolve support tickets in a timely fashion
Support compliance function to complete KYC/KYB checks on customers when required

About You...
You will have previous experience within a customer service based position within an office environment:

Extensive experience working with high net worth clients
Experience within compliance support
Knowledge and experience with Sanctions and other compliance related checks
Diligent, open minded and willing to absorb new information
Excellent communication skills over both the telephone and via email
