We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join our client as a Customer Services Administrator to be based in the South of the Island.

Core responsibilities including:

Acting as the first point of contact, first touch resolution, dealing professionally and effectively with requests, answering queries and taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to satisfactory conclusion.

Providing customers with product and servicing information both verbally and written, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

About You...

You will need:

Proven prior experience within a customer services role within Life Assurance or the wider financial service sector

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proven customer services skills and the demonstrated ability to work well within a very busy team environment
