Our client, a telecommunications provider, is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences through outbound calls to not only educate the company customers about the benefits of Fibre but also guide them through their contract transitions.

With your expertise, you'll match customers with the perfect products and ensure a seamless journey, and your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Proactively engage with customers to showcase the power of Fibre technology
Provide personalised assistance to customers approaching the end of their contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to Fibre services
Implement the Consultative Sales Process to recommend tailored products aligned with individual needs
Manage the entire customer journey, from new sign-ups to repeat customers, ensuring a successful connection

About You...

As a self-motivated Sales Consultant, you'll excel in an autonomous environment, and will hold the following skills and experience:

A genuine customer-centric attitude
A passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer focussed outcomes
Strong verbal communication with a superb telephone manner and listening skills
Prior Sales Experience an advantage
