We're working with a Cryptocurrency firm who are recruiting for a part time Finance Assistant. This position would suit someone keen to work flexibly within a small team, who demonstrates initiative and maturity in managing their workload, and is excited about being a key player in a start up at the heart of an exciting new tech driven industry.
Bookkeeping and financial information processing e.g. payment reconciliation, generation of trial balances, etc.
Customer on boarding e.g. KYC, document verification
Responsibility for basic health and safety in the office (training provided)
Miscellaneous admin tasks
Excellent digital literacy is essential. They are a paper free office.
Familiarity with and/or confidence learning a range common online accounting software (e.g. Xero, Zoho Books, etc.) in multiple currencies
Comfortable navigating, creating and amending spreadsheets, including preparing and uploading .csv files to accounting software

Part time. 2 to 3 days per week. Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience. Pension, Onchan premises, dog friendly office
