We have a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding iGaming business as Games Technical Compliance Manager. You will be joining a new team on the IOM, but working with the group’s in-house technical teams across Europe.

The Role...

Your core responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing all aspects of the certification process for all products, liaising with testing laboratories and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions

Researching and applying licencing processes to any new jurisdictions required

Liaising with in-house technical team to discuss and resolve issues that are identified during the certification process

Furthering the company’s understanding of the sector and it’s regulations, making recommendations, developing strategies to ensure compliance etc

About You...

Have a solid understanding of the rules and regulations in the gambling industry, across a variety of jurisdictions

Have experience certifying games/gambling products across multiple jurisdictions

Have compliance experience relating to online gambling (slot games in particular) in any of the following jurisdictions - Italy, Malta, UK, Bulgaria, Sweden, Columbia, Romania and Germany

The Role...

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, your core responsibilities including:

Keeping up to date with employment legislation and best practice techniques, including industry specific requirements across all jurisdictions

Assist Group Head of HR with forthcoming legislative changes by jurisdiction and reporting findings to the board of directors, making recommendations on the way forward

Reviewing of HR policies and processes to ensure these remain fit for purpose and meet business and legislative requirements

About You...

You will need:

CIPD qualification desirable although no essential

Proven practical ‘hands-on’ experience working as a HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment

Enjoy working with people with the natural ability to engage with all levels of the business
