The Role…

You will identify and source essential policy holder documentation/information to support the project's objectives and your key responsibilities will include:

Analyse data/documentation trends and effectively communicate with internal and external teams to ensure prompt issue escalation
Provide proactive, high-quality customer service and employ data analysis across diverse service disciplines
Collaborate with the wider team to identify trends in missing information and assist in resolution efforts

About You:

You will thrive in a deadline-driven environment, and have the following skills and experience:
Have previous experience in a professional office based environment, ideally with Life Assurance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
