We have a new opportunity to join a leading independently owned Family Office and Corporate Service Provider. As Administrator, you’ll become a valued member of the Family Office Team and will work as part of a client workgroup which will deal with all aspects of administration of multi-jurisdictional trusts and companies.
The Role...
Your core responsibilities will include:
Perform all aspects of trust and company trust administration
Liaising with clients and intermediaries in relation to a variety of transactions, preparation of relevant transactional documentation, including minutes, resolutions and agreements etc
Open and maintain bank accounts, including payment instructions, reviewing bank and assets statements
Maintain company and trust records, including due diligence, in line procedures and AML regulations
Arranging, investment reviews for both trusts and companies and interpreting the outcomes and actions ensuring any requirements are implemented
Demonstrate technical knowledge and understanding of transactions demonstrating commercial acumen
Perform all aspects of company and trust administration
Recognise and contribute to the mitigation of risk, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
About You...
Have a minimum of 2 – 3 years’ recent experience in the administration of trusts and international companies
Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent
Already studying or be willing to study, STEP or ICSA
Experience of working in a similar role, supporting different businesses with different competing objectives
Good understanding of Family Office and HNW/UHNW market
Good understanding of associated regulatory requirements

On a daily basis you will:
Deal accurately with all issues and administration related tasks for a portfolio containing some complex structures, receiving, and handling efficiently all communications
Administering an allocated caseload of clients, competently and autonomously with limited support of other team members
Responsibility for all aspects of day to day Trust administration for a portfolio of clients
Direct client and intermediary contact (written and verbal)
Maintenance of Trust Accounts
Production of Minutes
About You...
You will have proven experience in a similar role, alongside:
Be FSA approved to be a director on client companies
Strong technical TCSP knowledge
Fully or part-qualified ICSA / STEP
Strong organisation and control of workflow ability for self and team
Ability to take responsibility, good level of judgement and logical approach to problem solving
