Job Description

Our client, a leading Life Assurance company is seeking a Temporary and Permanent Administrator for their prestigious office based on the outskirts of Douglas.

The Role...
You will be involved with all activities surrounding the identifying and contacting of all High Value and new clients, for tax purposes, duties will include:
Supporting the completion of client file reviews
Corresponding with clients via email or phone
Updating the business systems with responses from client
Logging, controlling and monitoring client responses

About you...
Good organisational and time management skills with an emphasis on quality and the ability to work to deadlines is essential in this role, along with:
Experience of customer contact
Previous Administrative experience
Good Knowledge of Excel
Cope with varying workloads, pressures and people
Working in a team
