Job Description

Our client is seeking a Company Administrator who will also cover staff absences and assist with general administrative matters as required.
Although this is a full time and permanent position, we welcome CV’s from anyone interested including those seeking reduced/part time hours or more flexible hours.

The Role...
Responsibilities will include:
File administration work including periodic reviews
Preparation of payments for multiple entities
Dissolutions and closure of client entity files
Preparing annual returns and company secretarial forms
Company secretarial work
Paper filing and filing and indexing of documents using an electronic filing system
Errand running (courts, registry, notary etc)
Assistance with ad-hoc project work for other teams
Provide Reception cover when needed

About You...
Will preferably have one to two years’ experience in the TCSP industry
Good academic background
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn, both on the job and to undertake formal studies in the longer term
Good organisation skills (to control and complete a variety of tasks)
