The Role…

The Business Development Manager will take charge of strategic planning and persuasive pitches. Your key responsibilities will include:

Present compelling proposals to potential clients through various communication channels
Proactively following up on new business opportunities and arranging meetings
Build and maintain strong business relationships with a focus on continuous improvement
Identify and generate sales leads, exceeding annual targets year-on-year
Communicate new product developments to prospective clients and contributing to marketing strategies
Manage the entire sales cycle process, from lead generation to handover to the administration team
Actively participating in weekly sales meetings, presenting your sales process and business strategy
Take ownership of client proposals and relevant documentation
Interact effectively with internal departments to ensure a seamless transition for new client files
Being proactive and adaptable to handle additional ad hoc duties as required

About You…

Are you the perfect fit? To succeed in this role, you should:

Possess extensive experience managing high-value relationships with professionals in legal, accounting, wealth management, family offices, HNWI, and financial institutions
Have a strong existing network, particularly in the UK
Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering business results
Exhibit good knowledge and understanding of Trust and Corporate structures and services
Showcase excellent research, planning, and organization skills
Thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with a driven and initiative-driven approach
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Be flexible for travel and attendance at ad-hoc meetings and conferences
Embrace an entrepreneurial attitude and present yourself as well-presented, hardworking, honest, and open
Display strong prospecting, networking, and presenting skills
