Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HelpPoint Advisor to join an International life company on a permanent basis. In this role you will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, answer customer queries and provide support to customers.

The Role...
On a daily basis you will
Respond to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
Escalate customer issues with management when required
Adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers
Follow up on customer calls to ensure that customers are satisfied
Accurately understand clients' requests and issues by confirming and clarify information
Maintain accurate customer records

About You...
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English
Good organisational skills and time management
Ability to speak Spanish not essential but would be advantageous
Ability to work on own initiative
