Job Description

Our client, an international provider of leading insurance services is looking for an insurance administrator on a permanent basis to assist their senior account managers and accountants with the management and administration of their clients.

The Role...
The successful applicant will develop an understanding of both the business, and client’s businesses, you will:
Assist in the provision of company secretarial services, including attendance at Board meetings, taking of minutes, and presentation of reports
Review and update claims bordereaux/reports, and arrange for claims payments on behalf of clients
Prepare and format board meeting packs and arrange timely distribution with strict deadlines
Prepare and issue policy documentation, to include policies, endorsements, debit notes and associated certificates

About You...
To succeed in this role you will need to have a background in insurance, and:
Strong communication skills both internally and externally – confident in working with external “blue chip” clients
Demonstrate commitment to the role, flexibility and willingness to work outside the scope of immediate responsibilities
Provide a can do approach to the challenges that face the business
Previous experience within an administration position, preferably in the financial services/insurance sector
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel
